Jonathan Sullivan leads Seabury Consulting’s efforts in Europe and the Middle East.  Mr. Sullivan joined Seabury in 2002 and while at Seabury Mr. Sullivan has worked on a wide range of issues at airline clients around the world.  Since joining Seabury he has participated in several successful airline turn-arounds, as well as a host of consulting engagements covering strategic reviews, commercial performance boosts, cost reduction mandates, mergers & acquisitions advisory, due diligence screenings, aircraft purchase (re)-negotiations, strategic sourcing negotiations, financial advisory, and program office management.

He has advised senior management and boards across a wide array of airline functions including: sales and marketing, product, flight operations, airport operations, maintenance, human resources, corporate finance, and regional affiliates.

Recent engagements include a dramatic commercial improvement program at a large flag carrier in the Middle East; a highly successful cost transformation program at a prominent Middle East carrier over the course of a year and a series of strategic reviews with European and North African airlines.

Prior to joining Seabury, Mr. Sullivan was a senior auditor with Ernst & Young in Dallas and Tulsa, where he worked on the specialized fair value issues of structured energy contracts, FAS 133 implementation, and audits of technology, industrial and gaming companies.

Mr. Sullivan has lived in Australia, Canada, Colombia, France, Mexico, the United States, and now the United Kingdom.   Mr. Sullivan completed his M.B.A. at INSEAD with Distinction and holds a B.B.A. with Honors and Masters of Professional Accounting from University of Texas at Austin where he was a Sommerfeld Scholar.
